Next I copied OEM270.inf to C:\ and renamed it to btvoyager.inf just to be sure, unplugged/replugged the modem and used the "dont search, I will choose which driver to install" option When i try to install I get the message "Error loading newdev.dll when trying to install/uninstall bt voyager 105 adsl modem?" The modem worked fine before the XP reinstall. Still no joy though I'm afraid. This is the problem.

(I did download and install all that was currently available) It was running on his system this content It took a while then just ended and disappeared from the screen, so I'm not sure if it's found anything or fixed anything.
