The output from the last comparator will flip between 0 or vcc, so you could have just a pull down resistor? Can i use your schematic to avoid this problem?

I really like this project, and I think it will work for me with a few changes. ADP2384 PWM dimming linearity—output current vs. Inductor does not allow current to shoot up immediately, so the current increases gradually.
